As Head of Integrated Media, Carly is responsible for driving the leadership, vision, and direction of our overall approach to full-funnel media activation. Additionally, she is responsible for our social and programmatic offering. She has worked with both B2B and B2C brands, including Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, Madewell, and Nike, among others. Carly focuses on utilizing media to drive performance, whether they be transactions and revenue or awareness and engagement; testing new platforms for innovation, and aligning audience management and segmentation. A passionate marketer with a pioneering spirit, she has been one of the industry’s top 50 Under 30 by The Drum. Her insights are regularly sought after and have been featured in Digiday, eMarketer, Campaign, AdExchanger, and MediaPost.

Rob has spent over 20 years in the marketing, innovation and start-up space running and advising brands in media, financial services, tech, gaming, packaged goods, spirits, fashion, auto, and skincare. Rob is currently the Director of Global Insights for Reddit, where he derives insight from the conversations and communities flourishing on the platform. Prior to this, Rob was a Managing Partner at sparks & honey, where he oversaw their cultural consulting practice and built their AI SaaS platform (Q™) to quantify and predict cultural change. A veteran, Rob credits his time in the Navy for shaping his calm demeanor and love of the ocean, traits he’s hoping to pass on to his two young daughters.

Gary Orosy

Adjunct Professor of Marketing, CEO, SMU, Orosy and Company

Dr. Gary Orosy, DBA, MBA is an AI-Focused Marketing Consultant and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the SMU COX School of Business in Dallas, Texas. He approaches AI as a strategic enabler, teaching client teams how to leverage Gen AI for personal productivity and how to apply deep learning to generate customer journey insight that predict buying behavior. At SMU, he teaches undergraduates and MBA students through the courses he leads.


Dr. Orosy attended Rutgers College for his undergrad degree, Cornell University for a MBA and he recently earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. His marketing experience spans decades, beginning with commercial assignments at Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Frito-Lay. He has worked in over forty countries building brands. After his commercial experience he pursued a consulting career as a Partner with Computer Science Corporation and Senior Partner with A.T. Kearney before forming his own firm.


Gary and his family live outside of Denton, Texas. He supports his son, Stephen’s pursuit of an Eagle rank in Boy Scouts as one of Troop 366’s Assistant Scout Masters. He has completed seven Ironman events and numerous extreme endurance races.

Dillon Larberg specializes in global marketing strategy and data-driven optimization for PMG clients such as Nike, as well as fast-growing companies such as Fanatics and Therabody. He works closely with brands on full-funnel media strategies and trend analysis to drive business transformation. Recognized for his analytical expertise and innovation, Dillon has received PMG's Outstanding Impact Award and was named among AAF Dallas' '32 Under 32.'
