The Global Summit is designed for every PMGer to be together in one place and take part in the full agenda. Our goal is to connect as a global team and align on our strategy for 2026 and beyond. Being there for the entire experience helps everyone get the most out of it, both individually and as a team.
If you’re unable to stay for the full duration, early departure requests may only be made for after 1:00 p.m. local time on Friday, once the main programming concludes. If you are requesting to leave earlier than the full event, please email events@pmg.com.
Yes. PMGers traveling internationally can expense one checked bag each way. Be sure to include your receipt when submitting your expense report.
PMG will provide Uber codes for rides to and from the airport to simplify your travel and manage total spend. If you’d prefer to drive, airport parking is covered up to $25 per day (on-site valet is not reimbursable).
Â
Whenever possible, we encourage you to carpool with fellow PMGers to make travel smoother and more sustainable.
A detailed attire guide will be shared soon, so you’ll know exactly what to bring for each part of the Summit.Â
Â
In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of what to expect in terms of weather: January in New Orleans is generally mild, with daytime highs in the mid-60s°F (around 18°C) and cooler evenings in the mid-40s°F (around 7°C). We recommend packing layers like light sweaters, jackets, and comfortable shoes for moving between sessions and evening activities.
Â
Since the Summit is a work event, please plan to dress in a way that’s comfortable and appropriate for a work setting.Â

More detailed information is coming soon so you can prepare!
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re building on 15 years of growth and shared success. The Global Summit is where we bring it all together to connect as one team and align on how we push the boundaries of what’s next. We have bold ambitions that will drive how we deliver for our customers and lead our industry forward, and we can’t wait to share more in January.
To help you feel prepared, we pulled together a simple packing list and attached an overview of attire for each event.

We’ll work with leaders to provide proactive messaging for customers so they’re aware of the Summit closer to the event. Each team should also create a coverage plan to ensure ongoing support during the event.
Â
The goal is for every PMGer to be fully present and able to participate in the Summit experience. We will have breaks built in each day to catch up on emails and Slack. We also encourage you to lean on PMGers who are unable to attend to support coverage planning.
All event logistics will be fully coordinated for you. PMG will provide transportation and on-site guidance throughout the Summit, so you’ll always know where to be and how to get there.
Our goal is for you to focus on enjoying the content and experiences, and let us take care of the rest.
The Summit is designed for everyone to be fully present and engaged in each part of the agenda. Attendance is required for all scheduled sessions, and we’ll be tracking attendance with a scanning system to help us ensure your safety and make sure everyone gets the most from the experience.Â
Beyond the sessions, we want every PMGer to have a great experience that is respectful and reflective of our culture. New Orleans has so much to enjoy, and we trust everyone to make responsible choices.Â
